Price reductions in Saskatoon and Osler

You always hear salespeople saying "Now is the perfect time to buy"... but in this case, it's true. Being a buyers market, prices naturally come down, but if you keep your eyes open, you can spot some listings which exceptional pricing among others. That's the case with #409, 103 Klassen cres in Saskatoon (3 bed/ 2 bath condo, Hampton village), and 221 2nd ave Osler (single family bungalow). Both of these listings of ours are now priced at $184,900. Yes prices have come down over the last couple years... but these two listings stand out significantly even among the rest. I will be hosting an open house tomorrow at 70 Martens cres in Warman.

Few key insights:
